This is a legal agreement between you (the "Licensee") and SongPlus.link ("Licensor") for the Song+ PHP web application (the "Software"). By purchasing, downloading, or installing the Software, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Grant of License
The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, perpetual license to install and use the Software on one (1) single domain that is owned and controlled by the Licensee.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
- Install the Software on more than one (1) domain.
- Use the Software to create a competing product or service.
- Remove or alter any copyright notices within the Software.
3. Ownership
The Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all copyrights and intellectual property rights. This license does not grant you any ownership of the Software.
4. Support & Updates
This license includes one (1) year of product updates and technical support from the date of purchase. After one year, you may continue to use the Software as-is, but you will need to renew your support plan to receive further updates.
5. Disclaimer & Liability
The Software is provided "AS IS". The Licensor is not liable for any damages (including data loss, lost profits, or business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
6. Termination
This license is terminated automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.
7. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
