Extended License Agreement

For Developer / Entrepreneur Tiers

This is a legal agreement between you (the "Licensee") and SongPlus.link ("Licensor") for the Song+ PHP web application (the "Software"). By purchasing, downloading, or installing the Software, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Grant of License

The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, perpetual license to install and use the Software on multiple domains that are owned and controlled by the Licensee for personal or client projects.

2. Rights & Restrictions

You ARE permitted to:

  • Use the Software on an unlimited number of domains for your own personal projects.
  • Use the Software for client projects, including installing it on a client's domain as part of a larger web development service.
  • Modify the Software's code for your personal or client projects.

You may NOT:

  • Resell, rent, or sublicense the Software as a standalone product. (i.e., you cannot just sell the Software itself).
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
  • Install the Software on domains not owned by you or your direct clients.
  • Remove or alter any copyright notices within the Software.

3. Ownership

The Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all copyrights and intellectual property rights. This license does not grant you any ownership of the Software.

4. Support & Updates

This license includes one (1) year of product updates and technical support from the date of purchase. After one year, you may continue to use the Software as-is, but you will need to renew your support plan to receive further updates.

5. Disclaimer & Liability

The Software is provided "AS IS". The Licensor is not liable for any damages (including data loss, lost profits, or business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

6. Termination

This license is terminated automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

7. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
